I can do all the research as well, to ensure that you know the job has been done properly.
If you are looking to sell a historic property yourself, or on behalf of a client, you need to ensure that the sales brochure has accurate and well-written history as part of it. Every now and again you find articles in the press about historic personalities and events. Newton Hotel, Nairn
Historical Souvenir Guide - unpublished
 | I was commissioned by the manager of the Newton Hotel in Nairn to write a historical souvenir guide for hotel patrons. After a long and complex process involving a succession of managerial changes, the project was eventually abandoned when 99% complete, with only the floor plans requiring completion and minor changes permitting the inclusion of a publishing house. I include the unpublished guide as a free download here to demonstrate the type of product that can be produced in hard or soft copy.
